|
Many law firms turn over cases to an associate with comparatively little experience. At Safer & Stein, your case will be handled by an attorney with decades of experience. |
No two cases are ever the same. At our initial consultation, we learn about you and your case; in particular, what your values are and how you wish to have your case resolved. We have a frank discussion as to your expectations. Based on that discussion, we set reasonable goals to be worked towards. No one can promise you specific results; but we can promise that we will work to resolve issues in the best way possible for you and your interests. At that initial conference, we also discuss the approach we will take in your case. Having been attorneys for over a combined 77 years experience, we will provide competent and caring representation for you, whether your case will be resolved through mediation, collaboration or if it can only be resolved through a trial. We recognize how emotionally wrenching a trial can be. For that reason, we try to be available as much as possible for our clients. If there is a crisis situation, we can be available by phone, even if it is after business hours. Also, when needed, we will interface with other professionals such as psychiatrists/psychologists, police, accountants, creditors, realtors and mortgage brokers. We believe that any case can be a painful transition, but once these matters are completed, you will be on your way to a better life. |

Our rates are highly competitive and we provide contracts that explain all costs prior to the beginning of any work. In accident cases you generally pay no fee unless you win or your case has been settled. Other types of legal matters are handled on an hourly fee basis. ![]() ![]() |
